BOUNDARIES: Is your “yes” and “no” honest?

We have to talk about boundaries, because too often they are broken, or not even set in the first place. But like with almost anything, we are becoming very radical in this area. It’s not ok to do anything unless you first ask and get a verbal permission. But is it really the right way?

I look at boundaries in a very different way. You don’t have a boundary; in fact, you have 2. Boundaries have two layers and only seeing that can we make sure everyone feels safe, and yet still has space for growth, experimentation, and healing.
