Tantric Breath Practice for Deeper Love (for Couples)

We’ve been told to breathe with the nose. In fact, keeping your mouth open is rude!But truth is when you breath with an open mouth you get more oxygen and more energy into the body.
And while it may not be the best breathing for meditation, it’s perfect if you want to feel more in your body and open for more pleasure. This is also a very intimate breath so when you do it with your partner, it builds an incredibly strong intimate connection.

When you do this practice, remember to both inhale and exhale with the mouth, taking deep breaths in and allowing the sounds to come with it.

Do this practice by yourself, for a few minutes a day. You can also do it together with your partner. And it’s amazing when you do it while making love.
